Telwin Infinity 225 TIG DC HF/LIFT Inverter Welder cod. 816089
The Telwin Infinity 225 is a TIG inverter welding machine (also usable in MMA welding), in direct current DC which allows you to weld different types of materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, nickel and their alloys, up to thicknesses < 1 mm ensuring high aesthetics in welding.
Precisely in these cases the EASY PULSE function which automatically prepares the various current settings and pulse times and the FINDER function which facilitates arc striking at very low currents and facilitates subsequent positioning of the torch are of great help
In favor of welding aesthetics are also the types of ignition such as Lift Start (ignition occurs through contact, therefore not polluting the weld pool and causing less electro-radiated disturbances), and HF Start (ignition without contact that does not wear the tip of tungsten and offers an easy start in all welding positions).
For more practical and faster welding, the Infinity 225 also becomes a complete MMA electrode welding machine with Arc Force device depending on the type of electrode used, Hot Start and Anti Stick devices, support for rutile, basic, stainless steel and cast iron electrodes, thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protections make the Telwin Infinity 225 an ideal welding machine for professional craftsmen.
TYPES OF WELDING POSSIBLE WITH Telwin Infinity 225
- MMA : also known as coated electrode welding, it is certainly the most widespread welding method in non-professional environments or in processes that do not require particular qualitative and productive performances. This type of welding machine is simpler to use even if it gives less precise results from an aesthetic point of view than other types of welding.
- TIG : requires low voltage and therefore absorbs little, becoming cheaper and aesthetically the most beautiful of all welding techniques. In fact, TIG welding has a so-called coin shape due to the circular shapes it produces and is more resistant, therefore it is usually used in visible elements and on processes that require precision.
Features
- TIG welding
- MMA welding
- Easy to read LCD panel for immediate adjustment of multiple parameters
- Use with current generator with jumps up to 15%
- 2/4 stroke operation
- EASY PULSE which automatically sets the various current settings and pulse times
- FINDER function which facilitates arc striking at very low currents and facilitates subsequent positioning of the torch
- Lift Start ignition takes place through contact, therefore not polluting the weld pool and causing less electro-radiated disturbances
- HF Start non-contact trigger that does not wear the tugsten tip and offers an easy start in all welding positions
- Arc Force device facilitates the transfer of drops of molten material from the electrode to the material to be welded, preventing the arc from going out when the drops themselves come into contact between the electrode and the weld pool
- Hot Start device facilitates the ignition of the electric arc, providing an overcurrent, each time welding is restarted
- Anti Stick device automatically switches off the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the material to be welded, allowing it to be removed manually without damaging the electrode holder
- VRD device (Voltage Reduction Device) to increase operator safety;
- Thermostatic protection
- Overvoltage protection
- Overcurrent protection
- Cooling with Ventilation
