The Elipse Integra ABE1P3 SPR584 Respirator is a GVS Full Face Protective Breathing Mask designed to protect the eyes and airways from inorganic gases and dust that could cause severe lung disease. This Respiratory Protection is designed for use in industrial sectors including Mining, Steel, Foundries, Mechanics, Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Construction and waste management, Heavy metals (lead, nickel and chromium) and Railway Industry, Solvent painting. in Automotive, Shipyards, Repair Shops and Agriculture (pesticides).
The R expirator GVS Elipse Integra ABE1 P3 is equipped with Filter ABE1 together with the HESPA P3 filter which is characterized by the following features (each color corresponds to the layer of its color in the photo below):
A : protection from gases and organic vapors with a boiling point above 65 ° C;
B : protection from inorganic gases and vapors (excluding carbon monoxide)
E1 : protection from acids / acid gases with low level of protection (limit of use at 1,000 ppm);
P3 : HESPA protection from Dust
The HESPA filters are High Efficiency Water -repellent Filters patented by GVS and made up of 7 layers of filter fabric that exclusively use mechanical filtration ensuring a minimum filtration of at least 99.95% of nano-particles even down to 0.04 microns.
The compact design of this GVS SPR584 Protective Mask allows it to adapt perfectly to the face, reducing the risk of non-compatibility between PPE and reducing the risk of fogging. In addition, the GVS Elipse Integra ABE1P3 SPR584 Respirator has a large central non-return valve that allows to minimize the user's breathing resistance and the formation of humidity inside the mask.
The Elipse ABE1 P3 SPR584 Goggle features lightweight, non-slip ties that can easily be adjusted into 4 positions designed for added comfort and protection from the wet.
The GVS Gas Filters contain activated carbon granules with particular characteristics related to the size of the pores, the size of the grains, the level of activation and the like. These features ensure high absorption performance and low breathing resistance for maximum comfort during use.
When the filters are full, simply replace them with spare filters.
In the Filter of this GVS Mask with replaceable filters there are Activated Carbon with ABS cartridge.
GVS Elipse Integra ABE1P3 SPR584 has a porosity of 0.3 microns and in addition, it is emphasized that all GVS Respiratory Protections comply with the EN 140 and EN 143 standards and both the mask and the filters are CE certified where all the products are tested to 100 % directly in production and made with traceable materials.
The visor coating complies with the standard (N) anti-fog and the standard (K) for anti-scratch.
The visor is in polycarbonate with soft TPE rubber coating, fixed directly to the mask body.
The measure of the Elipse Integra ABE1P3 SPR584 Mask is M / L with dimensions of 170 x 165 x 190 mm and a weight of 341 g .
The GVS protective mask filters can be used as long as they are not clogged, which can be understood by the increasing resistance to breathing.
The duration of the filters in fact depends on the concentration of pollution and the type of activity that is taking place.
The filtration level will always be above 99.95% for the entire period of use.
The shelf life is estimated at approximately 3 years. The masks are supplied in an aluminum bag in which they must be stored after use to optimize the life of the activated carbon. The life of the dust filters can be increased by using the special pre-filters (not supplied).
