The GVS Elipse ABEK1P3 mask is designed to protect the airways and is recommended for organic , inorganic , chemical and ammonia -based gases in industrial applications, and for dust that could cause severe lung disease, to complete the protection there is a visor in polycarbonate with soft TPE rubber coating, fixed directly to the mask body.

GVS Elipse ABEK1P3 is a mask equipped with a pair of filters that contain activated carbon granules with particular characteristics , related to the size of the pores, the size of the grains, the level of activation, the density ... and when the filters are exhausted, they can be replaced with new ones. This respirator is compatible with the Elipse filter range.

The GVS Elipse ABEK1P3 R expirator is equipped with a P3 type HESPA filter , a type of high efficiency filter, patented by GVS and made up of 7 layers of filter fabric that use exclusively mechanical filtration ensuring a minimum filtration of at least 99.95 % of nano-particles even down to 0.04 microns.

Functional Specifications

GVS Elipse ABEK1P3 comes with a compact design , adapts perfectly to the face, allowing an excellent field of vision and reducing the risk of non-compatibility between PPE.

The lenses of the GVS Elipse ABEK1P3 goggle are made of polycarbonate and have an impact resistance of 120 m / s , the coating applied to the visor complies with the (N) Anti-Fog standard and exceeds the (K) anti- scratch standard.

The gas filters are activated carbon sealed in an ABS container, the dust filter is mechanical in pleated HESPA fabric, encapsulated in a TPE ring. The dust filters are always coupled with the gas filters, it is estimated a life of 3 years for the mask and filters. This respirator is made of medical grade TPE (Thermoelastomer) compliant with ISO 10993.10: 2010 . The elastic bands are adjustable on 4 points.

Technical specifications

The mask is made of TPE , a material without latex, silicone and odorless , it is completely hypoallergenic . The valve body is made of Nylon , the inhalation / exhalation membranes are made of silicone , finally, the visor is made of polycarbonate with soft TPE rubber coating, fixed directly to the mask body.

The filter mounted on this protective mask is A1P3 type for protection against organic gases and vapors with a boiling point above 65 ° C (excluding carbon monoxide), acid gases, ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives and dust. The protection type HESPA High Efficiency Synthetic Particulate Airfilter) which is a particular GVS patent designed to be able to retain micro-particles of Dust up to 0.04 microns with an efficiency of at least 99.95%.

Durability Features

The mask has filters that can be used until they are clogged, a characteristic that is understood by the increasing resistance to breathing. The duration of the filters in fact depends on the concentration of pollution and the type of activity that is taking place, the filtration level will always be higher than 99.95% for the entire period of use.

The shelf life is estimated at approximately 3 years. The masks are supplied in an aluminum bag in which they must be stored after use to optimize the life of the activated carbon. The life of the dust filters can be increased by using the special pre-filters (not supplied).
