What is concrete

Insertion point and depth: carefully choose where to immerse the needle, typically in layers of maximum 50 cm. For deeper pours, proceed with multiple levels;
Connect and activate the vibrator: plug the cable into the 230 V socket, connect the extension to the engine via quick coupling. Fully immerse the needle in the mixture, then start the engine;
Respect vibration time: depends on concrete consistency class. Too little time doesn't remove air, too long causes segregation (separation between water, cement and gravel);
Compaction: after passing the concrete needle, a shiny film forms on the surface and air bubbles stop rising. This indicates the concrete has been properly compacted;
Remove needle: extract the needle slowly, to clean it or store it or move it to the next area.
