GVS ELIPSE P3 - Mask for Respiratory Protection with HESPA Filter

The Elipse P3 SPR501 Mask for Respiratory Protection by GVS is a Respiratory Protection designed to protect against potentially dangerous Dust, Fumes and Mists that could cause serious lung diseases.

This GVS Protective Mask is equipped with a HESPA Filter or a High Efficiency Water-Repellent Filter patented by GVS and made up of 7 layers of filtering fabric which uses exclusively mechanical filtration ensuring a minimum filtration of at least 99.95% of nano-particles even up to to 0.04 microns.

Functional specifications

The compact design of this Nose-Mouth Protective Mask allows it to adapt perfectly to the face, combining lightness and flexibility with a wide view without risking interfering with any eye or ear protection worn by the user.

The Elipse P3 SPR501 Mask has a large central non-return valve which allows to minimize breathing resistance and the formation of humidity inside the GVS Protective Mask . In addition, this Respiratory Protection features light and non-slip straps that can easily be adjusted in 4 positions designed for greater comfort and protection from wet.

This respiratory protection is able to protect against substances such as:
microorganisms, marble, gypsum, titanium oxides, steatite, rock wool, wood, detergents, textile fibers, spices, salt, feed, cereals, etc. and it can also protect against dusts that can cause lung diseases such as coal, silica, cotton, iron ore, graphite, kaolin, zinc and aluminum dusts but also asbestos, bauxite, manganese, lead and chromium .

Technical specifications

The filter mounted on this Nose Mouth Protective Mask is of the HESPA type (High Efficiency Synthetic Particulate Airfilter) which is a particular GVS patent designed to be able to retain micro-particles up to 0.04 microns with an efficiency of at least 99.95% .

It is also possible to purchase the Activated Carbon Filters in the Accessories section, with anti-odour, anti-smoke functions and for the removal of small concentrations of organic vapors .

GVS Elipse P3 has a porosity of 0.3 micron and a mechanical resistance of 4.2 mbar at a flow of 47.5 L/min for each virgin filter.
All GVS Respiratory Protections comply with EN 140 and EN 143 standards and both the mask and the filters are CE certified where all products are 100% tested directly in production with traceable materials.

The size of the Elipse P3 SPR501 Mask is M/L with dimensions of 93 x 130 x 110 mm and a weight of only 132 g .

Duration features

The filters of the GVS protective mask can be used until they are clogged, which can be understood by the increasing breathing resistance.
In fact, the duration of the filters depends on the concentration of the pollution and on the type of activity being carried out.
The filtration level will always be greater than 99.95% for the entire period of use.

Shelf life is estimated at approximately 5 years for mask and filters and 3 years for P3 RD Anti-Odor Filters.
