The Telwin Maxima 200 Synergic continuous wire welding machine cod. 816087 is an inverter welding machine for MIG - MAG / FLUX (mod.200) / BRAZING / MMA and TIG DC - Lift , microprocessor -controlled machining.

Compact and light , Telwin Maxima 200 Synergic is the ideal multiprocess welding machine to be easily transported to all intervention sites, thanks also to the comfortable handle. The machine has dimensions 45 X 23.5 X 37 cm for a weight of about 10 kg .

Versatility of use for the different welded materials ( steel , stainless steel , aluminum ) and in the possible applications, hobby and professional welding, industry , workshop or construction site . Thanks to this wire welder it will be possible to carry out maintenance and installation operations.

The simplicity and immediacy of the welding parameters adjustments , allows even less experienced users to obtain excellent welds .

Technical specifications

This wire welder has a single- phase 230 V power connection, frequency 50/60 Hz and a current setting range of 20 -170 A.

The no-load voltage is 44 V , with 80 A of DC current . The maximum absorbed power is 3.2 kW , with a cosphi power factor of 0.7 and an efficiency of 86%.

On Telwin Maxima 200 Synergic there is a polarity change for MIG - MAG / Brazing gas welding . There are also various protections, to protect the welder and the machinery itself:

Overvoltage, undervoltage
Overcurrent and motor generator (+/- 15%)

The Telwin inverter welding machine includes a centralized torch connection.

There is also an Arc Force adjustment in MMA : it is a device that facilitates the transfer of drops of molten material from the electrode to the material to be heated , preventing the arc from extinguishing when contact between the electrode and the melt pool occurs.

Welding diameters

As for the electrodes that can be used in DC , the welding diameter is between 1.6 - 3.2 mm .
