The Lavor L1 36B professional floor cleaner is a machine for professionally washing and drying hard surfaces . Made in Italy, this Lavor floor cleaner is designed for deep cleaning of indoor environments open to the public, such as schools , offices , shops , and restaurants.

Lavor L1 36 B is able to reach 90° angles , to clean even the narrowest spaces precisely and punctually, thanks to the practical reclining handle , which adapts to the operator's height.

Controls and component inspection

Easy access to the mechanical parts (quick maintenance of all components) and the recovery tank that can be removed without the use of tools make the Lavor L1 36B simple to use , even for novice users. In line with this purpose, the control panel is intuitive and analog . A control lever operates the brush and dispenses the detergent solution . Other controls on this washer-dryer include:

• Brush motor and suction switch
• Solenoid valve activation switch

Lavor L1 36B is equipped with a parabolic floor squeegee , with easy replacement of the rubber blades .

Battery charger

This professional battery- powered scrubber dryer comes standard with a charger located on the machine, along with the battery power cable. This allows you to charge the batteries wherever you need to.

Rotating brush for deep cleaning

The rotating brush is one of the strong points of this Lavor L1 36B: with a circular motion , it is possible to degrease even the most stubborn dirt , managing to penetrate even under tables and shelves and in the areas closest to corners .

Effective even with water alone , this Lavor washer-dryer reaches its peak performance when combined with a detergent . With two tanks , one for the 11 L detergent and the other for water recovery, 13 L , the Lavor L1 36B is ready to set off towards excellent cleaning results. The exclusive Squeegee lifting system allows the user to lift the machine with the lever on the back.

The automatic start-stop system , controlled by a solenoid valve , allows you to adjust the flow of the solution based on the type of surface being treated and the type of dirt to be removed.

Technical specifications

The power supply is a 12 V GEL battery, rechargeable with the machine's internal charger. The suction power of the motor is 250 W , with an electric power of 250 W when the motor is in operation, with an equal power of the rotating brush, whose rotations are 145 RPM . The power of the rotating brush is, instead, 370 W , with 130 RPM of rotations, for a maximum cleaning surface of 460 mm .

The hourly output of this machine , suitable for cleaning public and automotive environments , is 1260 m²/h . Self-propelled , this scrubber dryer with non-marking wheels has dimensions of 41 x 85 x 105 cm and weighs 56 kg .
