The Volpi Bomber 165XL olive harvester is a telescopic olive shaker designed to facilitate and streamline intensive olive harvesting . When it is not possible to mill the olives immediately after harvesting, some precautions must be taken:

• The olives must not be piled up, to avoid fermentation processes;
• The olives must be stored without leaves in boxes with a maximum capacity of 20-25 kg;
• The environment must be dry and well ventilated;
• Olives should not be stored for more than two days.
