The Volpi Bomber olive shaker's harvesting head is equipped with flexible nylon and fiberglass tines, strategically positioned to easily penetrate the tree's foliage. The alternating horizontal movement ensures a high harvest yield, encouraging the olives to fall without damaging the fruit, branches, or leaves, fully respecting the plant.

When it is not possible to mill the olives immediately after harvesting, some precautions must be taken:

• The olives must not be piled up, to avoid fermentation processes;
• The olives must be stored without leaves in boxes with a maximum capacity of 20-25 kg;
• The environment must be dry and well ventilated;
• Olives should not be stored for more than two days.
