The Volpi Bomber 165XL harvester is a telescopic olive shaker designed to facilitate and improve the efficiency of intensive olive harvesting. The alternating horizontal movement of the prongs, made of nylon and fiberglass, promotes fruit fall without damaging them, ensuring high yield. The inclined harvesting head shape is optimal for entering the plant without causing damage. The strategic positioning of the prongs has been specifically studied to ensure optimal penetration into the plant's canopy.

Volpi: Usage Tips

When it is not possible to mill the olives immediately after harvesting, it is necessary to take some precautions:

• Olives should not be piled up to avoid fermentation processes;
• Olives should be stored un-defoliated in crates with a maximum capacity of 20-25 kg;
• The environment must be dry and well-ventilated;
• Olives should not be stored for more than two days.
