Foxes: Tips for use
When it is not possible to mill the olives immediately after harvesting, some precautions must be taken:
- The olives must not be piled up, to avoid fermentation processes;
- The olives must be stored without leaves in boxes with a maximum capacity of 20-25 kg;
- The environment must be dry and well ventilated;
- Olives should not be stored for more than two days.
