The Telwin Maxima 190 Synergic is a microprocessor-controlled inverter wire-cored welding machine for Mig-Mag, Flux and Brazing welding. Ideal for both professionals and hobbyists thanks to its extreme ease of use also given by the presence of the synergic regulation of the parameters with 2 settings (bead shape and thickness).
Complete with MIG-MAG torch, cable and earth clamp, this Telwin 816086 welding machine is compatible with Ø 100 mm and 200 mm coils.

Telwin Maxima 190 Synergic has thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent protection and is compatible with motor generators (230V +/- 15%).

Telwin Maxima 190 Synergic is designed for NO GAS (Flux) welding but it can be transformed into MIG-MAG (use with GAS) with an optional kit (not included) .

TYPES OF WELDING POSSIBLE with Telwin Maxima 190 Synergic

  • FLUX (Cored Wire Welding): is a process in which the heat required to perform the welding is provided by an electric arc maintained between the piece to be welded and the electrode wire. The welding area is constantly fed, thanks to a special torch, with the filler material.
    A characteristic feature is the absence of the gas cylinder in the welding circuit together with the use of animated wire electrodes.
  • MIG: in MIG welding the electrode is made of a metal wire which is also used as a filler material and the unwinding of the spool occurs semi-automatically.
  • MAG: also semi-automatic, the gas used is carbon dioxide and it is mainly used for welding common steels.
    MIG welding guarantees a higher level of precision, more refined results and is preferred for large thicknesses while MAG is more economical and also allows welding copper, aluminium and magnesium.
  • BRAZING: this is an assembly operation that is obtained by melting a filler metal (for example silver or tin based alloys) without melting the base metal. Brazing therefore allows the edges of the joint to be kept intact.
