Helvi SPARC 186 is a single-phase electrode welder designed for use on domestic electricity, it excellently welds rutile, basic, stainless steel, nickel and bronze electrodes. Helvi SPARC is ideal for home maintenance work and, being easy to use, it is also suitable for those with less experience in the sector.

Helvi SPARC 186 is equipped with overvoltage, overtemperature and electrode anti-sticking control .

Technical specifications

The Helvi SPARC 186 welding machine is MMA electrode , single phase (230 V), easy to use and with excellent welding characteristics with all types of commercial electrodes. The current is constant at the output, which makes the welding arc more stable and a linear regulation of the current.

MMA adjustment devices

• Hot-Start: voltage peak during ignition to facilitate ignition of the welding arc, very useful for ignition of basic coated electrodes;
• Anti-Stick : automatic system that prevents the electrode from sticking to the base material;
• Arc-Force : device that increases the strength of the arc to prevent it from going out; useful when the operator is busy welding in particular positions.

The welding machine can be almost completely exploited with the 3 kW of the domestic network, it allows intensive welding of rutile electrodes of 2 and 2.5 mm in diameter and is excellent for welding coated electrodes with diameters starting from 1.6 to 3 .2 mm.

Box kit

The box kit includes a plastic mask , a welding mask glass kit , a 3 m welding cable with electrode holder, a 2 m mass cable with clamp, a brush and the cardboard box .

Bag kit

The bag kit includes a 3 m welding cable with electrode holder, a 2 m mass cable with clamp, a brush and a Helvi welding bag measuring 45 x 22 x 27 cm.
