Helvi SPARC 226 + KIT - MMA Welding Machine
Helvi SPARC 226 + KIT is an inverter system welding machine in direct current for small-sized electrode welding, easily transportable and maneuverable. It features a simple to use, particularly intuitive control panel.
This welding machine is ideal for home use or for light maintenance and is equipped with overvoltage, overtemperature, and electrode anti-sticking controls. Helvi SPARC 226 + KIT is made in Italy with particular attention to reliability and design.
Technical Specifications
The Helvi SPARC 226 + KIT welding machine is suitable for welding coated electrodes with a diameter from 1.6 to 4 mm, for home use with a maximum current of 200 A. The product is small in size, making it easy to transport, weighing only 4 kg. SPARC 226 supports the use of rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron electrodes, etc.
MMA Adjustment Devices
- Hot Start: voltage peak during ignition to facilitate arc striking, very useful for igniting basic coated electrodes
- Anti-stick: automatic system that prevents the electrode from sticking to the base material. Arc-Force: device that increases arc force to prevent it from extinguishing; useful when the operator is engaged in welding in particular positions
Types of Welding Possible with Helvi SPARC 226 + KIT
- MMA: MMA welding, or coated electrode welding, is certainly the most common welding method in non-professional environments or for jobs that do not require specific quality and production performance. This type of welding machine is easier to use, although it provides less precise aesthetic results compared to other welding types due to slag produced by the absence of protective gas.
