Helvi FOX 91 is ideal for light maintenance and installations or for domestic use. The welding generator is robust , compact and with a weight of 10 kg it is easily transportable and easy to handle .

Parameter adjustment

The efficient duty cycle of Helvi Fox 191, reaching 180A at 20% and 75A at 100%, makes it suitable for a wide range of welding tasks , ensuring high productivity even in the most demanding situations. The control panel , completely renewed compared to previous models, offers an intuitive and rapid experience in adjusting the welding parameters .

Welding with different materials

Helvi Fox 191 is designed for use with various materials, including iron , stainless steel and aluminium . Thanks to the quick polarity change in the coil holder compartment, it is possible to easily switch from welding with gas protection to welding with FLUX flux-cored wire, offering flexibility in the work process.

With the ability to use wire spools with diameters from 0.6 to 1.0 mm , the machine offers ample autonomy when working with the MIG/MAG continuous wire process. In addition, the synergic mode allows for efficient welding, with the current and wire speed automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the material.

MMA Support Devices

The Helvi Fox 191 is not limited to MIG/MAG welding; it can also be used for MMA welding with rutile and basic electrodes from Ø 1.6 to 4.0 mm on a variety of materials, including iron, stainless steel and cast iron.

The Helvi FOX 191 welding machine is equipped with three devices that support the operator during the most complicated phases of MMA welding:

• Arc Force : increase in arc voltage to avoid switching off when the operator moves the electrode away from the base material or with particular electrodes
• Hot Start : momentary voltage peak during the ignition of the welding arc to simplify the ignition phase
• Anti-Stick : automatic protection system that prevents the electrode from sticking by suspending the welding current supply

DINSE Connections

The welder is equipped with two 25 mm square DINSE connections to allow the connection of the ground clamp and the MMA electrode holder.

Types of welding possible with Helvi FOX 191

• MMA : MMA welding, coated electrode welding, is certainly the most widespread welding method in non-professional environments or in processes that do not require particular quality and production performance. MMA welders are easier to use even if this welding gives less precise results from an aesthetic point of view due to the slag produced by the absence of protective gas.
• MIG: In MIG welding the electrode is made of a metal wire which is also used as a filler material and the unwinding of the spool occurs semi-automatically, unlike TIG welding.
