Telwin Force 168 MPGE - Inverter Electrode Welder

The Telwin Force 168 MPGE is an inverter welding machine for MMA electrode welding that allows great flexibility of use; it is possible to carry out welding quickly and easily using various types of electrodes such as rutile, basic, stainless steel and cast iron, with diameters from 1.6 to 4 mm .

This welding machine model uses a special waveform control device, a filter against input peaks and oscillation stabilization. These special technologies serve to provide greater protection against power supply instabilities, thus ensuring stable and safe operation even with a power supply via motor generators. Telwin Force 168 MPGE is also equipped with thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protections .

The welding machine uses the most modern technologies to ensure simple and safe processes:

• arc force device : facilitates the transition of the drops of molten material from the electrode to the material to be welded; this prevents the arc from extinguishing which can occur in the event of contact between the electrode and the weld pool;
• hot start device : facilitates the ignition of the electric arc thanks to an overcurrent during the restart of welding;
• anti-stick device : automatically switches off the generator if the electrode sticks to the material to be welded, thus allowing it to be removed without the risk of damaging the electrode holder.
