Telwin Force 165 - Electrode Welder with Automatic Mask

The Telwin Force 165 is a high-quality, easy-to-use MMA electrode welder ; this type of welding allows you to perform work in any position and in a very practical and economical way, without using gas cylinders. It is possible to use different types of electrodes with thicknesses of up to 4 mm , including rutile, basic, cast iron and stainless steel electrodes .

This small single-phase welder has a high stability of the welding current when the supply voltage varies and can be used together with motor generators ; in fact, it is able to manage overvoltages of +/- 15%. Telwin Force 165 is also equipped with thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protections .

This machine has been developed using cutting-edge technologies to allow easy and effective welding:

• arc force device : facilitates the passage of drops of molten material from the electrode to the material being welded; this prevents the arc from turning off in the event of contact between the electrode and the weld pool
• hot start device : facilitates the ignition of the electric arc, developing an overcurrent during the restart of welding
• anti-stick device : automatically switches off the generator if the electrode sticks to the material to be welded, allowing it to be removed without the risk of damaging the electrode holder

The Telwin Force 165 electrode welder is supplied complete with accessories and with the Tribe Automatica mask .

Telwin Tribe Mask

This mask, supplied with the welder, features an LCD liquid crystal filter that automatically darkens when the welding arc is ignited and returns to transparent when you stop welding. This feature allows you to work in peace without having to raise and lower the mask at every break.

• MMA : also called coated electrode welding, it is certainly the most widespread welding method in non-professional environments or in processes that do not require particular qualitative and productive performance. This type of welding machines are simpler to use even if they give less precise results from an aesthetic point of view compared to other types of welding.
