Rotating head for cleaning barrels, barriques, cans and other containers with limited access.
It is the most sophisticated class of washing devices, where high impact jets move slowly with a combined movement and rotate around a vertical and a horizontal axis.
The mechanism is designed so that the pressure jets cover different paths at each turn, so as not to leave any part of the surface to be washed untreated.

The HEAD is built to work with water up to 90 ° C, with the addition of generic detergents or disinfectants.

In case of use with particular liquids (different viscosity, strong chemical aggressiveness or other) consult the Technical Department.

The rotating HEAD must be connected to a pressure circuit, generally powered by piston pumps, pressure washers and the like, equipped with all safety and control devices (such as safety valves, regulation valves etc.)

The HEAD must be firmly anchored to the mouth of the tank or to a special support, the nozzles must be located in the center of the tank and equidistant from the walls if possible.

The nozzles (two in number) of the high pressure washing type with straight jet must be suitable for the flow rate and pressure at which it is intended to operate.

The HEAD is rotated by the electric motor reducer at the upper end, powered at low voltage (12V.cc) for total safety.

For thorough washing, at least 3 complete cycles are recommended.

The liquid sent from the system to the head must be filtered to prevent foreign bodies from entering, causing malfunction and consequently more frequent maintenance interventions, the recommended filtering degree is at least 300 microns.

MAINTENANCE: after normal use, wash the head inside by feeding it with clean water without additives. Carry out an internal check after 100 hours of work.
