The Helvi JET 200 operates on a single-phase 230V 50/60Hz power supply and delivers 6.7 kVA of power at 60%, making it ideal for more demanding jobs. The 70V no-load voltage ensures rapid and stable ignition. Current regulation from 10 to 200A allows for a wide range of applications, from maintenance to metalwork. The duty cycle – 200A at 35% , 150A at 60% , and 120A at 100% – allows for continuous use without overheating.

Advanced MMA and TIG Lift Arc functions

The welder supports electrodes from 1.6 to 4.0 mm, including the common 6013 and the more technical 7018, widely used in carpentry. Furthermore, the Helvi JET 200 integrates a series of automatic functions that improve welding quality: Arc Force, Hot Start, Anti-Sticking, line voltage compensation, and efficiency even with power generators. For TIG welding, the TIG LiftArc mode is available, which ensures a clean and controlled start.
