The JET 160 operates on a single-phase 230V 50/60Hz power supply, making it suitable for workshops, construction sites, maintenance work and advanced hobby use. The machine delivers a power of 6.4 KVA at 60% , with a no-load voltage of 70V for easy striking. The 10–160A current range allows it to tackle a wide range of jobs, from thin electrodes for small jobs to larger diameters for structural work. The duty cycle guarantees operational continuity: 160A at 35% , 120A at 60% and 100A at 100% .

Advanced MMA and TIG Lift Arc functions

The welder supports electrodes from 1.6 to 4.0 mm, including the common 6013 and the more technical 7018, widely used in carpentry. Furthermore, the Helvi JET 160 integrates a series of automatic functions that improve welding quality: Arc Force, Hot Start, Anti-Sticking, line voltage compensation, and efficiency even with power generators. For TIG welding, the TIG LiftArc mode is available, which ensures a clean and controlled start.
