The Lavor HLR 2021 LP is a professional hot water pressure washer designed for intensive cleaning in industrial, agricultural, automotive, and professional sectors. Thanks to its operating pressure of 200 bar, flow rate of 1260 L/h, and water temperature up to 110 °C, it effectively removes stubborn dirt, grease, oil, and difficult residues.
It is powered by 400V three-phase, features a 7.5 kW electric motor, and a robust CL 6.0 pump with three ceramic pistons, designed to ensure reliability and high performance even during prolonged use.
The heating system allows working with water up to 110 °C at the outlet, increasing cleaning effectiveness against grease, oil, and encrusted dirt. The vertical boiler with steel coil ensures high thermal efficiency.
The CL 6.0 pump is equipped with 3 full ceramic pistons, a nickel-plated brass head, tapered roller bearings, and specific high-temperature seals. This configuration ensures high resistance in professional applications.
With 200 bar operating pressure, 230 bar maximum pressure, and a flow rate of 1260 L/h, the machine guarantees high cleaning capacity and rapid dirt removal from surfaces.
The 7.5 kW 4-pole electric motor, powered by 400V three-phase, features thermal protection and water cooling to ensure reliability and continuous operation during professional use.
The temperature regulator with a stainless steel sensor allows precise control of water temperature based on the application.
The Lavor HLR 2021 LP has a 3 L detergent tank and an 18 L diesel tank, offering a complete configuration for hot water washing operations.
The high-strength steel frame and 4 solid twin wheels ensure robustness, stability, and ease of movement even on uneven surfaces.
The low-voltage delayed Total Stop system optimizes machine operation, while the pump/motor flexible coupling improves alignment and helps reduce mechanical stress.
