The Telwin wire welder model Telwin Maxima 160 Synergic cod.816085 is a welder that is characterised by its versatility of use - it can in fact be used for MIG -MAG / FLUX / BRAZING processes - and which, thanks to the microprocessor with which it is equipped, allows for simplified use with synergic welding regulation .

Telwin Welding Machine Synergic Regulation

With the synergic regulation of the welding parameters , in fact, even a less experienced operator will be able to obtain consistently excellent results .

Lightweight and compact machine (45 x 23 x 37 cm for 9 kg), thanks to the carrying handle it can be transported anywhere , both in internal and external intervention sites: the protective plastic body protects Telwin Maxima 160 Synergic from any accidental impacts or splashes of mud. This wire inverter welder is therefore perfect for hobby use , in the workshop or on external construction sites .

Maxima 160 Synergic is equipped with a polarity change for MIG - MAG / BRAZING gas welding and is equipped with original Telwin accessories included in the standard equipment.

Technical specifications

This wire welder has a single-phase 230 V current connection, 50/60 Hz frequency and a current adjustment range between 20 -150 A.

TYPES OF WELDING POSSIBLE WITH Telwin Maxima 160 Synergic

  • MIG : in MIG welding the electrode is made of a metal wire which is also used as a filler material and the unwinding of the spool occurs semi-automatically.
  • MAG : also semi-automatic, the gas used is carbon dioxide and it is mainly used to weld common steels. MIG welding guarantees a higher level of precision, more refined results and is preferred for large thicknesses while MAG is more economical and also allows you to weld copper, aluminum and magnesium.
