The Lelit PS09/D iron was created by transferring the same technical solutions used to create professional irons used in fashion ateliers and boutiques, clothing factories or laundries to a product designed for demanding private users. In these workplaces, precision , the perfect balance between pressure and steam output , are essential for perfect ironing .

In response to these needs, Lelit has developed the Lelit PS09/D iron, a 1.8 kg iron with a powerful 1000 W external boiler and 2.5 bar operating pressure, with temperature and steam output adjustable according to the fabric being ironed.

The Lelit PS09/D iron weighs 1.8 kg for a power of 800W . A heavier iron is synonymous with a professional iron : compared to more common irons, the more technical models perfectly balance the pressure exerted with the adjustable steam jet . The weight ensures a more fluid and pleasant ironing, with more difficult creases that are smoothed out already at the first pass : the result is perfect ironing , without having a heavy arm !

Included in the package is a convenient mat for letting the iron cool down .

Plate with steam chambers

The Leit iron has a labyrinth soleplate with 32 steam chambers , designed and patented by Leit, to channel the steam coming from the boiler into a specific path inside the soleplate . The result? A powerful, dry jet of steam , for faster and more gentle ironing.

Cork handle and steam regulation

The Lelit PS09/D iron features a non-slip, sweat - resistant cork handle and a balanced weight for comfortable ironing. Each iron comes with a plastic cover to protect your hands from the steam .

This iron is equipped with a practical and intuitive steam regulator : iron each garment with a specific jet of steam , for excellent results !

Wire holder rod

To give this Lelit iron greater maneuverability, there are two convenient steel cord holders . These allow you to move the iron in any direction , avoiding unbalanced movements of the cord that could disconnect the power cord.

Boiler with warning lights and pressure switch

Lightweight and easy to carry, the Lelit PS09/D boiler has a space-saving, flat design , separate from the iron . With a power of 1000W , it easily reaches 2.5 bar operating pressure ( 5.5 bar max). The production of dry, powerful steam allows the Lelit iron to iron garments more effectively. This boiler, in fact, quickly reaches the required temperature (60°C - 215°C).

Produced with quality materials and excellent workmanship Made in Italy, the Lelit iron boiler has been designed to last over time.

The boiler has 3 safety systems ( pressure switch , thermostat , heating element probe and safety cap with mechanical valve ). The construction with external solenoid valves allows for manual steam regulation based on the characteristics of the fabric being ironed. It adds temperature quickly (60°C - 215°C).

Boiler with running water

It is not necessary to use distilled water on the Lelit PS09/D boiler : you can use tap water to generate very dense steam that makes drying thicker garments easier. The Lelit PS25 boiler has a capacity of 2.5 L with an operating pressure of 2.5 bar (max 5.5 bar ).
