The stainless steel boiler with a capacity of 1.4 litres is designed to prevent the formation of limescale deposits on the bottom . Thanks to the use of this system, the iron can be used with normal tap water , avoiding the need to resort to distilled water or descaling products, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring a long life.

Extra Resistance Protection

When the water level drops below the minimum, the boiler thermostat automatically stops the heating element. After filling, the system can be manually reactivated using the dedicated protection button , preventing the heating element from starting automatically and risking overheating.

Iron with perforated aluminum plate

The steam generated by the boiler passes through the labyrinth plate with 32 dedicated chambers , a system designed and patented by LELIT to optimize distribution. This results in a powerful, dry jet , delivered through holes concentrated at the tip . The plate, made entirely of aluminum , maintains a constant temperature, protects fabrics and allows for faster, more precise ironing without the risk of damage .

Anti-scaling stainless steel boiler

The boiler of LELIT ironing systems is made entirely of stainless steel , a material that promotes the decantation of limescale on the bottom without creating encrustations. Thanks to this feature , the use of descaling detergents or distilled water is not required : ordinary tap water is sufficient.

Non-slip cork handle

The handle of the Lelit iron is made of non-slip and sweat-resistant cork . The plastic cover on the handle provides greater protection to the touch , preventing burns to the hands. Equipped with rubber iron rests and side handles .

Triple safety

This iron is equipped with three safety systems . The probe thermostat located on the heating element and the pressure switch monitor the water pressure and temperature. The safety cap is anti-scald and equipped with a mechanical valve.
