The Fimap FSR8 sweeper is a battery-powered sweeper ideal for those operating in large and demanding environments who need an efficient, powerful, and versatile machine. Thanks to a functional design and the integration of intelligent technologies, the Fimap FSR8 makes cleaning even the most difficult spaces, such as industrial warehouses, logistics hubs, parking lots, and exhibition areas, simple. Powered by 36V batteries, it operates quietly and without emissions, respecting the environment and improving operational comfort. The Fimap FSR8's working path reaches 1500 mm and its operating speed goes up to 10 km/h.

Thanks to Force technology, the Fimap FSR8 cleans uniformly even on uneven surfaces, in a single pass. The traction of this battery-powered sweeper is semi-automatic, to facilitate movement.

The iD interface – Intelligent Drive, onboard video tutorials, and tool-free maintenance ensure ease of use and savings on operating costs.

Functional Specifications

Sweeper with 2 side brushes 150 cm

The FSR8 is designed to ensure high performance in every context. With 2 side brushes, it achieves a 150 cm working path, allowing large areas to be cleaned in less time. The Fimap FSR8 features manual discharge with 2 removable containers for easier emptying.

Force Technology

The standard Force technology acts on the Fimap FSR8's central brush, keeping it in constant contact with the ground. It automatically adjusts to surface irregularities, ensuring that pressure remains unchanged regardless of gaps or protrusions, guaranteeing uniform cleaning on any floor.

Solid Structure and Durable Materials

The frame and structure are made of steel with anti-rust treatment. The entire external structure of the Fimap FSR8 is made of high-density polyethylene, a solid and robust material that ensures high durability over time.

Safe Air Multi-stage Filtration System

Air is cleaned by passing through a multi-stage filtration system. The standard version is available with a panel filter (3), ideal for light dirt. The HEPA exhaust filter is included (2).

OPTIONAL

• Cloth bag filter (1): ideal for filtering environments with a high presence of fine dust (medium dirt);
• Tetratex bag filter (1): made with a membrane of expanded microporous PTFE, a highly efficient material, suitable for particularly demanding applications, such as in sectors involving the processing of minerals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, and in the food industry.

Safety Systems

The FSR8 sweeper integrates a wide range of active safety systems designed to prevent accidents and ensure a safe and controlled working environment. Equipped with a rear camera for easier maneuvering, a high-visibility touchscreen display, steering wheel controls, and LED headlights for working in all lighting conditions, the Fimap FSR8 allows for total control even in complex environments. ESC technologies for stability, speed control, Descent Control, and Stop&Go assist with uphill and downhill driving, improving comfort and operational safety. Seat belts protect the operator in case of impact, while hydraulic drum brakes ensure high braking performance. Thanks to these systems, the Fimap FSR8 sweeper offers an intuitive and safe user experience, increasing efficiency and reducing risks.

Fimap Fleet Management and My.Machine App

There is the possibility to control the Fimap fleet conveniently from your smartphone, with the My.Machine app. The user can access the profile of each machine to see its location, whether the cleaning program you planned is being followed, if any unforeseen events have occurred. You can check the list of maintenance performed, recharges made, and recorded anomalies to always have full control of the situation and maintain high productivity. The user will receive real-time notifications regarding anomalies and SOS. The service is available on iOS and Android.
