The Fimap FSR8 sweeper is a battery-powered sweeper ideal for those who work in large and demanding environments and need an efficient, powerful and versatile sweeper. Thanks to a functional design and the integration of intelligent technologies, Fimap FSR8 makes it easy to clean even the most difficult spaces such as industrial warehouses, logistics hubs, car parks and exhibition areas. Powered by 36V batteries , it works silently and without emissions, respecting the environment and improving operating comfort. The working width of Fimap FSR8 reaches 1500 mm and the operating speed reaches up to 10 km/h .

Thanks to Force technology , Fimap FSR8 cleans uniformly even on uneven surfaces, in a single pass. The traction of this battery-powered sweeper is semi-automatic , to facilitate movement.

The iD – Intelligent Drive interface , on-board video tutorials and tool-free maintenance ensure ease of use and savings on operating costs.

Sweeper with 2 side brushes 150 cm

FSR8 is designed to guarantee high performance in every context . With 2 side brushes , it reaches a working width of 150 cm , allowing you to clean large surfaces in less time. Fimap FSR8 has a manual unloading system with 2 removable containers for easier emptying.

Force Technology

The Force series technology acts on the central brush of the Fimap FSR8, keeping it in constant contact with the ground. It intervenes automatically based on the irregularities of the surface, ensuring that the pressure remains unchanged regardless of gaps or protrusions, guaranteeing uniform cleaning on any floor.

Solid structure and resistant materials

The frame and structure are made of steel with anti-rust treatment . The entire external structure of Fimap FSR8 is made of high-density polyethylene, a solid and robust material that guarantees long-lasting durability.

Safe Air Multi-Stage Filtration System

The air is cleaned by passing through a multi-stage filtration system , the standard version is available with a panel filter (3) , ideal for light dirt. The HEPA outlet filter is included (2).

OPTIONAL

• Fabric bag filter (1) : ideal for filtering environments with a high presence of fine dust (medium dirt);
• Tetratex bag filter (1) : made with an expanded microporous PTFE membrane, a highly efficient material, suitable for particularly difficult applications, such as in sectors where minerals, chemical products, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers are processed and in the food industry.

Security systems

The FSR8 sweeper integrates a wide range of active safety systems designed to prevent accidents and ensure a safe and controlled work environment. Equipped with a rear camera to facilitate maneuvers, a high-visibility touch screen display , steering wheel controls and LED headlights to work in all light conditions, Fimap FSR8 allows total control even in complex environments. The ESC technologies for stability, speed control, Descent Control and Stop&Go assist driving uphill and downhill , improving comfort and operational safety. The seat belts protect the operator in the event of a collision, while the hydraulic drum brakes ensure high braking performance. Thanks to these systems, the Fimap FSR8 sweeper offers an intuitive and safe user experience, increasing efficiency and reducing risks.

Fimap Fleet Management and My.Machine app

There is the possibility of controlling the Fimap fleet conveniently from your smartphone, with the My.Machine app . The user can access the profile of each machine to see where it is, if the cleaning program you have planned is being respected, if any unforeseen events have occurred. You can check the list of maintenance performed, recharges performed and anomalies recorded to always have full control of the situation and maintain high productivity. The user will receive real-time notifications regarding anomalies and SOS. The service is available on iOS and Android.
