Biemmedue Titan is an indirect combustion hot air generator , available with various air flow rates to meet the needs of all customers. Thanks to the new heat exchanger and high-performance fans , it offers an exceptional thermal efficiency of 96%. Designed to heat large industrial spaces , it guarantees the support of pressostatic balloons and the heating of sports facilities such as gyms, structures dedicated to physical activity and tents. Titan is the ideal solution to guarantee uniform and efficient heating in warehouses, gyms and temporary structures, where it is essential to maintain temperature control and a homogeneous distribution of hot air.

Technical specifications

Titan is available in three models with a nominal power ranging from 144.72 kW to 235.72 kW and an air flow rate ranging from 14,000 m³/h to 20,000 m³/h . The output power varies from 138.93 kW to 227.47 kW , depending on the model chosen. The generator's power supply is compatible with voltages from 230V to 400V , offering great versatility in adapting to different types of systems. Furthermore, it is designed for connection to a thermostat, for precise temperature control and optimal energy efficiency.

Functional specifications

One of the distinctive features of Biemmedue Titan is the burner protection , designed to resist impacts, dust, water and adverse weather conditions. The combustion system is equipped with a snorkel socket that guarantees clean combustion air through an external connection with a suction sheath. The new heat exchanger and the advanced ventilation system offer a thermal efficiency of 96%, improving efficiency and reducing consumption.

Titan's structure is solid and designed to last over time. The panels are removable to facilitate maintenance, even when the generator is hanging, and the sturdy fixing brackets allow it to be moved on any surface . The fan, protected with IP55 protection rating, is able to deliver a high air flow rate at static pressure (500 Pa), ensuring homogeneous air distribution even over long distances, thanks to the possibility of using ducts and sheaths.

Biemmedue Titan is particularly silent, with a noise level of less than 69 dB at 2 m , making it suitable for use in environments requiring low noise levels. The rear control panel and the front service panel , both with IP65 protection, are designed to resist dust, water and snow, ensuring greater durability and facilitating maintenance. In addition, each main component is equipped with quick connections to ensure rapid and uncomplicated technical interventions.
