Master BV 77 - Diesel Heat Blower

The portable heat blower Master BV 77 E is capable of ensuring efficient localized heating in a large number of situations. This series of indirect combustion diesel or kerosene heat blowers is designed to provide heat and dry the air in medium-sized environments.

All models in the series are on wheels to ensure maximum ease of transport. The operating principle of these heat blowers is based on the use of a rotary compressor which, by conveying pressurized air to the burner nozzle, creates a vacuum that allows fuel to be drawn from the tank.

The air-fuel mixture thus formed is then vaporized and ignited in the combustion chamber, which, by means of a fan, is constantly washed and cooled by external air pushed towards the front outlet of the heater. Unlike direct combustion heaters, in this type of machine, the combustion exhaust products are conveyed outside through an exhaust pipe.

All heat blowers are equipped with safety devices to control the flame, prevent the risk of overheating, and optimize fuel consumption, mounted on a control panel that also manages ventilation functions.

The combustion chambers are also made of special stainless steel treated to withstand high temperatures over time.
The combustion products are essentially water vapor and carbon dioxide (CO2), with minimal emissions: the fumes can also be conveyed through a special exhaust pipe to the outside, allowing them to be used even in enclosed spaces.

The units can also be installed outdoors as they comply with the requirements for protection class IPX4D.
