Trimmer designed for landscaping professionals

The 42 cm EGO STX4200 PRO X trimmer has been developed to meet the needs of professionals who work daily in landscape maintenance. Part of the PRO X range, this model stands out for its innovative front-mounted motor, a technical solution that eliminates the traditional drive shaft and allows power to be transferred directly to the cutting head. This system improves overall efficiency, reduces vibrations, and ensures superior control even during prolonged use.

42 cm Cutting Width and Rapid Reload Head

With a 42 cm cutting width, the EGO STX4200 ensures high productivity even on large areas. The Rapid Reload head with bump feed allows for quick line replenishment without complex disassembly, reducing downtime. The trimmer uses 2.4 mm twisted nylon line, ideal for tackling dense grass and tough weeds, ensuring precise and consistent cuts.

Total Control: LED Interface and 3 Adjustable Speeds

One of the main strengths of the EGO STX4200 trimmer is the 3-speed LED interface, with controls mounted directly on the handle. The no-load speeds of 4000, 5000, and 6000 rpm allow you to instantly adapt the power to the type of work required. This system improves control, optimizes battery life, and increases overall efficiency during professional finishing operations.

Lightweight and Durable Construction with Carbon Fiber Shaft

The design of the EGO STX4200 combines robustness and lightness thanks to the carbon fiber shaft, ensuring maximum durability without adding unnecessary weight. Weighing only 3 kg, the trimmer reduces operator fatigue. Tool-free handle adjustment and the single shoulder harness allow the tool to be perfectly adapted to the user, improving ergonomics and comfort during prolonged work sessions.

IoT Technology, Bluetooth®, and Advantages over Gasoline Models

Designed for the most advanced professionals, the EGO STX4200 PRO X is IoT-ready, thanks to the integrated Bluetooth® module that allows connection to EGO Connect and fleet management apps. This feature is ideal for companies and maintenance crews managing multiple pieces of equipment. Quieter, cleaner, and safer than gasoline trimmers, the EGO STX4200 offers the perfect balance of power, control, and sustainability for the most demanding finishing jobs.
