The SREGIVIPWD05 ladders with transport wheels from the Regina Svelt 4WD VIP line are constructed from robust aluminum and designed for intensive professional use, but are equally suitable for hobby purposes.
The SREGIVIPWD05 model includes a climbing handrail specifically designed to allow a secure grip when ascending and descending the ladder, and a large tool tray for storing even the bulkiest work tools.
The main feature of the ladders in the Svelt Regina 4WD VIP line is the presence of four self-braking spring-loaded wheels. As soon as the operator steps onto the first rung, the wheel springs compress, allowing the ladder's base pads to rest on the ground, preventing the ladder from moving further. As soon as the operator steps off, the wheels lift the ladder, and the pads no longer touch the floor, allowing the ladder to be easily moved.
These ladders offer high resistance and are characterized by their increased width, thus ensuring superior stability. Thanks to the double configuration with 5 steps in the climbing section and the guardrail they are equipped with, along with the platform that acts as a step, they ensure safe and efficient use.
The ladder height from the floor to the platform is 1.16 m with a maximum reachable height at arm's length of 3.20 m. Base width 52 cm.

Avoiding injuries during ladder use is crucial. For this reason, the ladder equipped with deep 8 cm rungs and a safety guardrail is the ideal choice.

Functional Specifications
Large Tool Tray
Regina 4WD VIP features a convenient additional tool tray that allows for smoother work by keeping all necessary tools within reach and safely stored, even the bulkiest ones.
Included Handrail and Guardrail
These Svelt Regina 4WD VIP ladders feature an aluminum guardrail designed to protect the user from falls caused by forward imbalance. Thanks to the guardrail, the ladder can be used up to the platform, which acts as the last step. Additionally, the included handrail makes descending and ascending the ladder firm and safe.
Oversized Hinge
These Svelt Regina 4WD ladders feature oversized painted steel hinges specifically designed to ensure greater strength and safety during use.
Platform
The platform is made of reinforced non-slip aluminum. Its dimensions are 35 x 25.5 cm and it offers stability and comfort. The platform provides ample leg and foot room and is equipped with an anti-opening safety hook.
Wheeled Feet
The system consists of four wheels equipped with spring brakes. Once the operator steps onto the first rung, the wheel springs compress. This allows the pads at the base of the ladder to adhere to the ground, locking any further movement of the ladder. When the operator steps off, the pads lift off the floor, engaging the wheels and allowing for easy movement of the ladder.
Anti-Closing Bars
The ladder is equipped with galvanized steel bars to prevent accidental opening or closing. These bars, in addition to their preventive function, provide greater robustness to the central part of the ladder.
Extra Comfort Rung
The rungs of the Svelt Regina are a full 8 cm wide, allowing for comfortable foot support on the step and offering greater stability. Additionally, the spacing between steps is 25 cm.
