Svelt ABYSS - Telescopic Ladder for Access to Excavations, Tanks, and Trenches
The Svelt Abyss telescopic ladder is a professional solution in ribbed aluminum designed to ensure safe access to excavations, tanks, trenches, and tunnels on construction sites. Equipped with a platform (45 x 50 cm) with millimetric feet, non-slip rungs (28 x 28 mm), two handrails of Ø 32 mm, and a telescopic system with pin locking every 28 cm, it ensures stability and adaptability on any type of terrain.
Available in models SABYSS7 (1.00÷1.52 m) and SABYSS10 (1.52÷2.32 m), the Svelt Abyss construction site ladder is lightweight (12÷15 kg), foldable, and equipped for crane lifting thanks to integrated hooks. Ideal for applications in critical environments, it combines safety, practicality, and speed of installation, making it perfect for construction companies and industry operators.

- SABYSS7: 4+3 steps, truck bed support height from 0.45 to 1.27 m, landing platform height from 1.00 to 1.52 m
- SABYSS10: 6+4 steps, truck bed support height from 0.99 to 2.07 m, landing platform height from 1.52 to 2.32 m
Thanks to its non-slip feet and position locking via safety pins, this ladder minimizes the possibility of accidents.

Optimal Compactness and Portability
Svelt Abyss ladders are designed to ensure maximum practicality on the construction site: they fold easily and, once closed, occupy only 35 cm in thickness. The transport length is 2.15 m for the SABYSS7 model and 2.73 m for the SABYSS10, making them extremely compact and easily transportable, ideal for mobile work and confined spaces.
Stability on Uneven Ground with Adjustable Telescopic Legs
Included with the Abyss ladders are two aluminum telescopic legs with millimetric adjustment to ensure precise adaptation even on uneven terrain. Each leg is equipped with a swiveling non-slip foot, to provide maximum stability and safety during use in difficult environments such as excavations or tanks.
Anti-theft Lifting Hooks for Cranes
The Abyss professional ladders are supplied with 2 lifting hooks that allow the ladder to be easily attached to a crane for safe transport within the construction site. This feature also helps prevent theft by lifting the ladder at the end of the day and keeping it out of reach of unauthorized persons.
