Functional Specifications

The HSM models integrate the technology (Intelligent Control System) which allows the operator to choose automatic use rather than manual use. In case of automatic use the engine works in fully automatic mode optimizing the efficiency of the machine.

These snow ploughs are developed for professional use in case of large quantities of snow since they are able to move from 60 t/h (HSS model) to 83 t/h (HSM models).

Automatic Restore

Automatic reset refers to the ability of the snow thrower to automatically return the auger to its original starting position after switching from reverse to forward gear.

Tilt of the cutter on the longitudinal axis

This is a technology capable of automatically tilting the cutter according to the ground conditions, in the case of uneven, uphill or downhill pavements.

The Honda HSS 1380i1 ETD snow thrower model is equipped with a 389 cc GXV390 petrol engine with a power of 7.6 kW at 3600 rpm while the HSM 1380i1 ETD and ETDR models have a 389 cc Honda iGX390 engine with a power of 8.7 kW at 3600 rpm .
For the HSS model the maximum distance of the shoveled snow jet is 17 metres while with the two HSM models a distance of 19 metres is reached, the working width also varies respectively from 81 cm to 80 cm and the height from 51 cm to 58 cm depending on the model.

Standard headlight

Tracked model

Self-diagnosis monitoring (HSM models only)

The snow thrower's self-diagnosis system detects anomalies during start-up and operation and signals them via one of the five warning lights .

Reset mechanism (HSM models only)

The reset mechanism automatically returns the cutter to its normal position . Particularly convenient for tackling deep snow even on slopes .
