The Lavor Next Evo 55 BT was developed for routine maintenance and deep cleaning of large surfaces with a theoretical productivity of up to 2200 m²/h . 24V battery powered with automatic advance

The 24V battery power supply allows for cordless operation, improving safety, freedom of movement, and productivity. The automatic advancement system reduces operator fatigue, allowing for smooth operation even during extended cleaning sessions. The charger is included, while the battery can be purchased separately based on operational needs.

550mm high pressure washing brush

The machine uses a 550 mm professional brush with a rotation speed of 165 rpm and a working pressure of 30 kg , ensuring effective mechanical action even on the most stubborn dirt. The 300 W brush motor ensures consistent performance throughout the work cycle.

Automatic detergent dosing system

The automatic detergent dosing system optimizes cleaning solution consumption by distributing it evenly across the surface. The solenoid valve, detergent solution filter, and adjustment device allow for precise adjustment of the amount of detergent to suit different types of flooring and dirt, reducing waste and improving operational efficiency.

High tank capacity for greater autonomy

The 55 L detergent solution tank and 55 L recovery tank , with a total capacity of 65 L , allow for long work sessions with limited stops for filling and emptying. The fully accessible recovery tank features a practical visual inspection system that facilitates checking and cleaning operations.

High-performance professional suction system

The 400W suction motor , combined with a 1200mmH₂O vacuum and an 800mm squeegee , guarantees a high capacity for recovering dirty water, leaving the floor dry and immediately usable after the machine has finished passing.

Simple and intuitive control panel

The analog control panel has been designed to offer immediate use even to less experienced operators. It features the main ON/OFF switch , the key switch for excluding the batteries, the controls for activating the brush motor and the suction system, the detergent adjustment device, and the control lever that simultaneously manages brush rotation and detergent solution dispensing.

Quick maintenance and accessibility of components

The Lavor Next Evo 55 BT 's design allows for quick access to key components without the use of tools. The recovery tank is easily inspected, the drain hose features flow regulation , and the battery trolley allows for quick battery pack replacement, significantly reducing machine downtime during maintenance.
