EN 50365 Standard

The EN 50365 standard specifies the requirements for insulating helmets intended for use in work on or near live electrical parts. They protect the wearer from electric shock and prevent, when used in conjunction with other insulating equipment, electric current from passing through the human body via the head.

Requirements:

• Protection against alternating voltages not exceeding 1000 V a.c. and 1500 V d.c.
• Insulating helmets must not have conductive components.
• Ventilation openings (if present) must not allow accidental contact with live parts.

HD POLYPROPYLENE OUTER SHELL Lightweight, high-density polypropylene outer shell with exponentially improved performance. Excellent impact absorption, especially at low temperatures (-30°C). Resistant to color degradation.

VENTILATION Helmet designed with 8 ventilation slots that maximize internal airflow through exhaust channels, providing high breathability.

ELECTRIC SHOCK PROTECTION 50365 Protection against potential contact with or proximity to live parts during work on low-voltage installations not exceeding 1000 V or 1500 V.

FRONT ACCESSORY ATTACHMENT Front attachment point for easy integration of accessories such as badge holders and headlamps. Includes a cap for debris protection.

EASY CLICK SYSTEM Helmet designed with slots that allow the mounting of face shields via adapters.

PROVISION FOR EAR MUFFS Helmet designed with standard EURO 30 mm slots for the attachment of KASK ear muffs.
