Kask Zenith-X BA - Safety Helmet for Work

Kask Zenith-X BA is a safety helmet for use in the workplace for individual safety , it represents an innovation in the field of safety devices thanks to its unparalleled performance .

This work helmet is made of premium materials and offers high comfort , it also has attachment points for the application of accessories such as badge holders, headlamps and face protection (visors/glasses).

The rear is equipped with external lamp clips , with supports for positioning the earplug wire. The external shell of the work helmet is made of high-density polypropylene , a material with high impact resistance , excellent absorption capacity and considerable hardness .

The inner shell, however, is made of high-density polystyrene , while the front band is made of soft nylon , to ensure comfort in all conditions of use. Breathability is guaranteed by an innovative fabric featuring Hydrocool technology which has undergone an anti-odor treatment with silver ions .

One of the peculiarities of this Kask Zenith-X BA safety helmet is the patented Adaptive Fit system , a new double dial and ergonomic side wings ensure quick adjustment and an immediate fit all day long. It is a technology that self-adapts following the movements of the wearer, furthermore it is adjustable from 53 to 63 cm and weighs only 490 g .

The Kask Zenith-X BA safety helmet is manufactured in compliance with EN 397, EN 50365 and EN 12492, and is protected against potential contact with live parts and against electrical risks .

The Kask Zenith-X BA helmet is available in four different selectable colors :

EN 50365 standard

The EN 50365 standard specifies the requirements for insulating helmets to be used when working under voltage or near live parts. They protect the wearer from electric shock and, when used in conjunction with other insulating equipment, prevent electric current from flowing through the head to the human body.

Requirements:

• Protection against alternating voltages not exceeding 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC
• Insulating helmets must not contain conductive components .
• Ventilation openings (if present) must not allow accidental contact with live components .

WARRANTY and EXPIRY

The Kask Zenith-X BA is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase and has a shelf life of 10 years from the production date printed on the label inside the helmet. It is recommended to regularly inspect the helmet for any damage such as cuts, abrasions, deformations or discoloration.

CLEANING and STORAGE

It is recommended to clean the helmet only with water , pH-neutral soap and a soft, clean cloth . The internal padding must be washed by hand in cold water or in the washing machine (maximum 30°C) . Do not use chemical detergents or solvents.

When the helmet is not in use, it should be stored away from direct sunlight or heat sources . We also recommend not applying adhesives, solvents or paints that do not comply with the manufacturer's specifications.
