The Pogo M-Tech COSMO 100 tracked flail mower is a revolutionary remote-controlled lawnmower designed to tackle any type of terrain, both for private and professional use. Thanks to the powerful 764 cc, 25 HP (EURO 5) Loncin 4-stroke petrol engine , supported by two 1800 W brushless motors and a 48 V battery with automatic charging, it guarantees high performance and constant reliability. With a cutting width of 100 cm and height adjustable from 2 to 20 cm via remote control, it allows for quick and precise work up to 6000 m²/h. The tracks with steel inserts ensure optimal traction even on slopes up to 45° . Compact yet robust, weighing 345 kg, it is ideal for thick grass, uncultivated areas, embankments and difficult terrain, offering stability, safety and maximum operational efficiency.

The Pogo M-Tech COSMO 100 tracked flail mower is a remote-controlled rotary flail mower designed for high-intensity professional and homeowner applications. Its compact design and operating weight of 345 kg ensure a low center of gravity and superior stability even on uneven terrain. The tank design with reinforced tracks ensures maximum grip and continuous work in harsh conditions. Equipped with track guides, it prevents the tracks from coming off during rapid turns or on slopes.

High-performance engine and intelligent hybrid system

The Pogo M-Tech features a 764cc, 25 HP Loncin 4-stroke, EURO 5-compliant gasoline engine, designed to deliver high torque and consistent power even under load. The system is supported by two 1800W brushless motors that optimize transmission and traction management. The 48V battery, which automatically charges while the combustion engine is running, ensures energy efficiency and reduced downtime.

Professional cutting performance

The 100 cm cutting width allows for high productivity, with an operating capacity of between 5,000 and 6,000 m²/h. The 4-blade system ensures uniform shredding even on dense vegetation, weeds, and uncultivated areas. The cutting height is electronically adjustable from 20 to 200 mm via remote control, allowing for rapid adaptation to different agronomic and operating conditions. They are equipped with flail blades : these are robust cutting tools mounted on horizontal rotors (shredders/mowers) for cutting and shredding tall grass, brushwood, pruning, and shrubs.

Tracked traction slopes up to 45°

The steel-inset tracks provide optimal traction on low-grip surfaces, steep slopes up to 45% , embankments, roadsides, and forested terrain. A maximum travel speed of 5 km/h provides an ideal balance of control, precision, and output. The traction system ensures stability even on uneven or rough terrain.

Radio control up to 400 m

Remote control with a maximum range of 400 m (recommended line-of-sight distance of 200 m) allows for safe operation in potentially dangerous or difficult-to-access areas. This configuration reduces operator risk and increases efficiency when working on embankments, slopes, and marginal areas.
