Ecotech H27 Panther - 26 HP Tracked Radio-Controlled Brush Cutter

Ecotech H27 Panther is a radio-controlled brush cutter robot for green maintenance in extreme conditions such as slopes, embankments, road and highway edges, uncultivated land, and forest areas. Equipped with a 26 HP electronic injection Honda iGXV800 V-Twin engine and a 100 cm central cutting deck, it combines power and compactness in a single machine.

This radio-controlled tracked mower is equipped with a patented system that prevents track slippage. The low and wide structure, combined with the Autec radio remote control, makes it a remote-controlled slope mower designed to work safely at a distance from the cutting area.

Ecotech H27 Panther can work on side slopes up to 65° in complete safety.

Functional Specifications

The heart of the Ecotech H27 Panther Tracked Robot Mower is the 26 HP Honda iGXV800 V-Twin gasoline engine with a displacement of 779 cc, equipped with electronic injection. The fuel tank capacity is 18 L, and the oil tank capacity is 2.2 liters. The transmission is hydraulic, with a track drive system and automatic negative brakes.

The cutting width is 100 cm, with an adjustable cutting height from 2 to 12 cm and a mulching cutting mode. The cutting system consists of a cutting bar with 2 oscillating hardened steel blades, capable of cutting branches up to 70 mm in diameter. The travel speed, forward and reverse, ranges from 0 to 7 km/h, with a 0 (zero turn) turning radius and 180 mm wide tracks.

A significant feature of this Brush Cutter Mower is its ability to work on side slopes up to 65° in complete safety. Furthermore, the safety system includes low fuel level warning and an emergency stop button.

Honda iGXV800 EFI Engine

The Honda iGXV800 V-twin 26 HP gasoline engine is designed for heavy-duty work. The oil pump with forced lubrication maintains optimal parameters even under load. The electronic injection, advanced combustion chamber, and digital ignition with variable timing ensure high efficiency and low consumption. The electronic speed governor adjusts RPMs to the load and ground conditions.

Welded Cutting Deck

The welded cutting deck, with a working width of 100 cm, is designed for cutting tall grass, spontaneous vegetation, wild shrubs, and woody stems up to 70 mm in diameter. The cutting bar with 2 oscillating blades made of hardened steel shreds the material directly on the ground. The front plate is mounted on two brackets that lift it when encountering thick or high obstacles, allowing the machine to overcome them effectively and safely. A series of free-fall metal chains protect against the ejection of stones and roots.

Zero Turn Steering Tracks

The low and wide structure improves the brush cutter's center of gravity, allowing it to adhere to the ground and maintain superior traction on unstable slopes and inclines. The deep-tread track system ensures grip on both dry and wet surfaces. Each track has an independent hydrostatic motor and a negative hydraulic brake that engages automatically when stopped, locking the machine and preventing slippage or rollback even on steep slopes. Cutting is possible in both forward and reverse directions, with rapid direction changes at a 0 radius. The patented system also prevents track slippage.

Autec Radio Remote Control

The Autec remote control, a leading Italian brand, allows operation at a distance and on very unfavorable terrain. Two levers control movement: one for forward travel and one for steering left and right. A potentiometer adjusts the speed from 0 to 100%. The system independently controls the speed of each track to counteract the effect of gravity, improving stability and keeping the machine in a straight line even on the steepest slopes.

Cooling and Safety for Continuous Work

The hydraulic system is equipped with a heat exchanger with a cooling fan, which maintains a constant oil temperature sent to the pump. The fan automatically reverses its rotation to clean the radiator fins from accumulated dirt.
