Pogo M-Tech MONSTER PRO 80 is a remote-controlled flail mower robot designed for professional management of tall, dense, and hard-to-reach vegetation. Thanks to its compact structure, tracked drive, and 80 cm working width, this machine is ideal for use on challenging terrain, in narrow spaces, and in areas where the use of a traditional mower might be impractical or risky. The hybrid system combines a 459 cc Loncin gasoline engine with two 1.2 kW brushless electric motors, ensuring efficiency and operational continuity. The 48 high-manganese steel Y-flails allow for mowing grass, weeds, undergrowth, and small shrubs. The remote control with a range of up to 200 m, the Zero Turn function, and the cutting height adjustable from 0 to 20 cm complete the features of this remote-controlled flail mower robot designed to work even on slopes up to 30°.

Pogo M-Tech MONSTER PRO 80 is a professional tracked remote-controlled flail mower developed for the maintenance of difficult terrain, uncultivated areas, and surfaces characterized by tall and dense vegetation. This flail mower robot combines compact dimensions, tracked drive, and remote control, making it suitable for use in orchards, vineyards, pastures, embankments, woodland edges, and other areas where precise and agile work is required.
Tracked Flail Mower for Tall Grass and Brush with 48 Y-flails
The cutting deck has a working width of 800 mm and is equipped with 48 Y-flails made of high-manganese steel. The configuration is designed for mowing grass, weeds, brush, undergrowth, and small shrubs. The cutting height is adjustable from 0 to 20 cm, allowing the machine to adapt to different vegetation conditions.
Flail Mower Robot with Loncin 459 cc Engine
Monster Pro 80 is equipped with a 459 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke Loncin engine, gasoline-powered, with a nominal speed of 3600 rpm. The propulsion system integrates 2 DC brushless electric motors of 1.2 kW and a traction system voltage of 24 V. The hybrid technology allows for automatic battery charging during operation, promoting operational continuity and efficient machine management.
Remote Control Flail Mower with 200 m Remote Control
The remote control has a declared range of up to 200 m and allows for managing movement and operational functions without having to directly follow the machine during work. The Zero Turn function also allows for rotation on the spot, facilitating maneuvers in tighter spaces.
Low Consumption and SLOPE HANDLING up to 30°
The POGO MTECH MONSTER PRO 80 flail mower robot is designed to handle slopes up to 30°, offering stability and control even during maintenance of inclined and uneven terrain. The tracked drive with 15 cm wide tracks and the low center of gravity contribute to maintaining a stable posture during movement. Thanks to the remote control up to 200 m, the operator can control the mower remotely, staying in a more suitable position relative to the work area.
