Lavor Comfort XS-R1 UP is a professional ride-on scrubber dryer with an ergonomic design and excellent build quality , particularly resistant to impacts . This machine is ideal for deep and professional cleaning of large areas of 4350÷5000 m²/h , thanks to its high-performance 24V power battery. The seat is particularly comfortable , allowing the operator to work without getting tired for many hours, which increases productivity .

Recovery tank
The Lavor Comfort XS-R1 UP tank allows easy access for quick and optimal cleaning and maintenance ; the tilting tank together with the large diameter drain hose allow the tank to be completely emptied even in the presence of solid residues . This washer dryer features an anti-foam system that can protect the suction motor and the electronic float switch, which interrupts suction when the tank is full .
Control Panel
The Lavor professional ride-on scrubber dryer features a new control panel with digital controls and displays, including an hour meter, battery charge level indicator, empty tank warning light, and forward/reverse traction indicator. The same area also houses the speed control, horn, and vacuum motor switch with delayed shutoff.
Detergent solution tank
The tank of this washer-dryer also serves as a compartment for the high-capacity batteries, while the charger and vacuum motor are located underneath the recovery tank. The vacuum motor housing allows for a drastic reduction in noise during operation.
Technical specifications
The Comfort XS-R1 UP ride-on floor scrubber dryer is powered by a 24V battery , allows a working width of 750÷1000 mm and an hourly output of 4350÷5000 m²/h depending on the model. In fact, the Comfort XS-R1 75 UP has a working width of 750÷900 mm and an hourly output of 4350 m²/h , while the Comfort XS-R1 85 UP has a working width of 850÷1000 mm and an hourly output of 5000 m²/h .
The detergent solution tank has a capacity of 110 L , while the stop/total recovery tank has a capacity of 130/155 L. The washer dryer has a front wheel drive with 600 W of power. The motor revolutions are 170 RPM, the brush pressure is a constant 50 kg , which allows for effective and deep cleaning . The power of the brush motor of this washer dryer is 2 x 400 W , while the maximum empty/full slope is 13%/10% .
