Lavor Comfort XS-R1 UP - Professional Ride-On Scrubber Dryer
Lavor Comfort XS-R1 UP is a 24V battery-powered professional ride-on floor scrubber dryer, designed for cleaning and drying large surfaces up to approximately 4000 sqm.
The two brushes ensure a constant pressure of 50 kg, while the 110 L detergent solution tank and 130 L recovery tank reduce operational downtime. Compact, ergonomic, and maneuverable, it is suitable for cleaning companies, industries, warehouses, shopping centers, and large areas.

Functional Specifications
Professional two-brush washing
The two brushes with 50 kg pressure and 2 x 400 W motors ensure effective washing even with heavy dirt and surfaces requiring deep cleaning.
High productivity
XS-R1 75 UP reaches 4350 sqm/h, while the XS-R1 85 UP reaches 5000 sqm/h, ensuring high performance in cleaning large areas.
High-capacity tanks
The 110 L detergent solution tank and 130 L recovery tank allow for longer working periods, minimizing interruptions for refilling and emptying.
Optimized detergent dispensing
The detergent solution solenoid valve controls dispensing in conjunction with mechanical dosing, preventing waste. Detergent is dispensed only when the brushes are rotating.
High-efficiency suction
The suction system achieves a depression of 1300 mmH2O, ensuring effective water recovery and rapid floor drying.
Automatic squeegee
The squeegee is automatically lifted and features a reverse safety system to protect it during maneuvers.
Self-leveling brush head
The self-leveling brush head maintains uniform contact with the surface, optimizing washing effectiveness and pressure distribution.
Front wheel drive
The 600 W front motor wheel, small turning radius, and compact dimensions make the machine agile even in tight spaces.
Battery protection
The charge indicator shows the remaining battery life, and the system protects the batteries from deep discharge, helping to preserve their lifespan and efficiency.
On-board charger
The on-board charger allows the machine to be recharged directly in the operating areas, without necessarily having to return it to the storage point.
Tilting recovery tank
The tilting recovery tank, combined with the large discharge hose, facilitates emptying, cleaning, and routine maintenance operations.
Comfort and digital control
The digital control panel includes hour meter, battery indicator, speed adjustment, direction indicator, empty tank warning light, horn, and suction control with delayed shutdown.
