BAHCO BCL235 is a battery-powered pruning shear designed for pruning vineyards, shrubs, and small trees with precision, speed, and comfort. Thanks to the SK5 steel blade forged in a single piece, it ensures clean cuts and a cutting capacity of up to 35 mm, while offering high resistance to wear. The integrated battery allows you to work without the hassle of cables or external batteries, ensuring maximum freedom of movement during pruning operations. The progressive cutting system features 2 preset openings, 18 and 35 mm, and allows further adjustment of the blade opening based on the branch diameter. Lightweight and maneuverable, the BCL235 has a soft grip and a reinforced plastic body, designed to ensure comfort even during prolonged use. It is also suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users.

BAHCO BCL235 is a professional electric shear designed for pruning vineyards, shrubs, and small trees. The cutting system reaches a maximum capacity of 35 mm, allowing you to tackle branches of different diameters with speed and efficiency. The blade is made of high-quality SK5 steel, forged in a single piece to ensure robustness, precision, and long life. The highly resistant polymer coating also protects the blade from wear and corrosion, helping to maintain its performance over time.

Progressive Cutting System

BAHCO BCL235 features a progressive cutting system with two preset blade openings, 18 and 35 mm. It is also possible to adjust the blade opening according to the required cutting capacity, adapting the tool to different pruning needs.

The blade and counter-blade control system helps extend component life and maintain high cutting quality, promoting precision and productivity during work.

Integrated Battery and Long Battery Life

The shear is powered by a 14.4 V and 2.5 Ah lithium-ion battery, integrated directly into the tool. This configuration eliminates the need for external connections and allows you to move freely among plants during pruning. BAHCO BCL235 is supplied with a second battery, providing an overall battery life of up to 6 hours. The charging time is approximately 1.5 hours, while the integrated display allows you to quickly check the remaining charge and the number of cuts made.

Comfort and Maintenance

The shear body is made of reinforced plastic and features a soft grip, designed to offer a comfortable and secure hold even during prolonged work sessions. The low weight of 0.97 kg enhances maneuverability and reduces operator fatigue. Maintenance is facilitated by the central bolt with a lubrication hole and the nut locking system, which allow for easy adjustment and lubrication of the cutting mechanism.
