Made with AISI 304 stainless steel body and a 3 kW boiler with a thickness of 25/10, it ensures robustness and long life. It reaches a maximum pressure of 7 bar and a steam production of 3.25 kg/h, with a temperature up to 165°C. It is equipped with a 64 L collection tank, continuous boiler feeding, and steam flow regulation for flexible use. It includes indicator lights for ready steam and lack of water, as well as separate switches for the machine and boiler. The system also allows the use of chemical products mixed with steam and hot water washing, offering deep and sanitizing cleaning. It is completed by a washable filter, a 4-meter flex hose, and wheels suitable for food environments.
