Desiderio Plus is a product for cleaning and sterilizing surfaces in domestic or industrial environments (such as in the food and beverage handling sector of a food laboratory) that makes work easier and faster thanks to the professional-level steam generator, automatic water loading, 5 bar steam output, built-in detergent tank and great maneuverability given by its small size.
Excellent for those who work in the food environment, but also for civil and community use, to sterilize and thoroughly clean environments and objects.
Double external resistance to the boiler 2 x 1000 W, 1.5 litre stainless steel boiler , highly robust and reliable standard accessories.
The vacuum cleaner is water filtered: this means that all the dirt is deposited in the lower container of DesiderioPlus, immersed in water that is emptied at the end of cleaning. In this way there is absolutely no dust, micro dust, mites etc., which are re-emitted into the environment, furthermore there are no filters and bags to clean and replace.

The handle of the Desiderio Plus lance features a console that allows you to control the steam, suction and detergent dispensing functions. This last interesting function offers the possibility, using a special container in the body of the machine, to enhance the action of the steam with the possible addition of a detergent or degreaser. This option, which is normally absolutely unnecessary, could prove useful in the case of surfaces covered with grease that has hardened over time or in particularly large quantities. Note that the controls in the console work at low voltage, so there is no risk of electric shock if your hands are wet.
DesiderioPlus carries out cleaning in compliance with HACCP standards. The HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) represents an operational tool for the analysis of risks that characterize the food production process, in order to guarantee their healthiness and safety. It applies to all steps of the supply chain.
