Features Kranzle Profi

• The special brass pump head:
  the pump head is made in Germany by Kränzle, using special forged brass which guarantees an extremely long service life.
• Stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating :
  all machines are equipped with stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating which offer excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties (typical of ceramic coatings)
• Water storage tank that allows the detergent to be dispensed at high pressure. In this way you avoid the loss of performance during the use of the detergent. Thanks to the storage tank, the risk of damage to the pump is prevented. Eliminates the phenomenon of cavitation. The water tank can also be removed to allow the machine to suck from tanks or wells (SELF- PRIMING )
• Ceramic Coated Stainless Steel Pistons : All machines are equipped with ceramic coated stainless steel pistons that offer excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties (typical of ceramic coatings).
• Motor 1400 rpm : the devices are equipped with long-lasting 4-pole, low speed (1,400 rpm) asynchronous electric motors. No charcoal brushes = no problems!
• Dry-running protection :
  in all machines each piston is equipped with a textile band and a teflon-graphite ring. The excellent sliding properties of the Teflon-graphite elements allow to reduce the friction resistances and the temperatures inside the luminaire. For this reason, Kränzle products can function for a long time even without water. And this increases safety in dry running cases.
• Bypass operation :
  When the gun is closed, all the devices are switched to bypass operation at reduced pressure and the water is transported into the circuit with a residual pressure of approximately 10 bar.
• Pressure and quantity of water adjustment :
  the machines, except those with double group, allow to set the operating pressure and, consequently, the quantity of water in order to adapt them exactly to the needs of the cleaning that is being carried out.
• Stainless steel pressure gauge :
  all the machines are equipped with large and clearly visible manometers in stainless steel amortized with glycerin. Kränzle quality even in the details.
• No corrosion and long life :
  all pump components and safety devices that transport water are made of stainless steel or special brass.
• Loss Recovery System :
  a layer of water between the piston sealing systems prevents the sucked air from coming into contact with the pump seal. This allows a considerable increase in the life of the pistons themselves and of the pump.
• Sturdy frame with large diameter rubber wheels suitable for transport along any type of terrain. The diameter and the materials used for the construction of the wheels and the frame also make it suitable for dragging along the steps of a staircase.
• Product safety :
  Kränzle appliances undergo testing procedures according to CE and TÜV / GS regulations with respective certifications.

Kranzle Profi is also positioned horizontally

Kranzle Profi is equipped with an integrated 15 meter hose reel with articulated handle (in the rest position the handle does not come out of the shape of your Kranzle and will constitute a hindrance when you store it in your warehouse). The high pressure cleaners with 10 m of high pressure flexible hose have a range of action equal to 314 m2. Kränzle pressure washers with integrated hose reel and 15 m of high-pressure hose cover a work area of 706 m2. More than double!

The Kranzle Profi series is built with oversized mechanical parts designed for industrial and continuous use. This is another reason why Kranzle can guarantee the long life of its appliances. The body of the Prodi pressure washers has been designed to ensure the most rational arrangement of each component: the hose reel, the seat for the high-pressure gun, the seats for the lances and the system for winding the electric cable.

Built with an extremely stable and robust monobloc trolley with large wheels that allows easy transport on any type of terrain.
