The Softclean Chemical Injection Box is an indispensable accessory in cleaning operations for accurately mixing detergents such as Algo Clear or similar with water, with the possibility of easily adjusting the necessary proportions thanks to the built-in chemical dosing unit.

The Softclean Dosatron is equipped with a hydraulic piston and uses water pressure as the sole driving force : it draws in the concentrated product and doses the desired percentage, homogenizing it in the mixing chamber together with the motive water. The resulting solution is then expelled from the dispenser.

This portable chemical dispenser ensures effective, high-quality soft washing , suitable for cleaning delicate materials or in situations where high-pressure washing could cause damage.

Simple to use, simply connect the water source to the water inlet fitting and a chemical to the chemical inlet and adjust the water/detergent ratio. The Dosatron chemical dosing unit allows you to obtain a uniform mixture by choosing the proportions based on your needs.

Softclean is equipped with quick-connect male fittings for quick connection, a one-way valve for controlled flow, pressure regulation , water/detergent ratio regulation and an integrated pressure gauge to monitor pressure in real time.

The compact dimensions of 40 x 40 x 33.5 cm and the weight of 5 kg make this accessory light and easy to transport.
