Kranzle Quadro Medium 599 TST - 799 TST - 899 TST

The Kranzle Quadro Media series consists of 3 models that share the same design and almost all features. The only characteristics that differentiate Kranzle Quadro Media pressure washers are pressure, flow rate and supply voltage.

The models of the Kranzle Quadro Media series are:

• Kranzle Quadro 599 TST Single-phase 230V - 165 bar - 600 L/h
• Kranzle Quadro 799 TST Three-phase 400V - 200 bar - 780 L/h
• Kranzle Quadro 899 TST Three-phase 400V - 170 bar - 900 L/h

Features

• Sturdy Frame with four large diameter rubber wheels suitable for transport on any type of terrain and parking brake.

• Front and rear impact protection.

• The pump head in special brass
  the pump head is made in Germany by Kränzle, using special forged brass which guarantees an extremely long life.
• Stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating
  all machines are equipped with ceramic coated stainless steel pistons which offer excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties (typical of ceramic coatings).
• Motor 1400 rpm
  the appliances are equipped with long-lasting 4-pole asynchronous electromotors at low rpm (1,400 rpm). No charcoal brushes = no problems!
• Dry run protection
  in all machines, each piston is equipped with a textile material band and a Teflon-graphite ring. The excellent sliding properties of the Teflon-graphite elements make it possible to reduce friction resistance and temperatures inside the device. For this reason Kränzle products can function for a long time even without water. And this increases the safety in case of dry running.
• Bypass operation
  When the gun is closed, all devices are switched over to bypass operation at reduced pressure and the water is transported in the circuit with a residual pressure of approx. 10 bar.
• Pressure and quantity of water regulation
  the machines, except those with double group, allow you to set the operating pressure and, consequently, the quantity of water in order to adapt them exactly to the needs of the cleaning being carried out.

• Stainless steel pressure gauge
  all machines are equipped with large and clearly visible pressure gauges in stainless steel dampened with glycerine. Kränzle quality also in the details.
• Corrosion-free and long life
  all pump components and water-carrying safety devices are made of stainless steel or special brass.
• Loss recovery system
  a layer of water between the piston seals prevents the sucked air from coming into contact with the pump seal. This allows a considerable increase in the life of the pistons themselves and of the pump.
• Pump protection
  the large water tank integrated in the machine acts as a buffer accumulator, between the network and the pump, which protects the pump from possible damage. In fact, the water tank almost completely eliminates the phenomenon of cavitation (= generation of air bubbles in the pump), which is the main cause of failure of high pressure pumps.
• AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF
  if at the end of use the Quadros (Medium or Large series) are not switched off by the user, an automatic system will disconnect them from the mains after about 20 minutes of inactivity. To return to operation, the machine must be reactivated with the main switch.
• TOTAL STOP DELAYED
  the engine starts and stops automatically by activating the control lever of the high pressure gun. However, in large-sized appliances, the continuous activation and deactivation of the motor can cause overloads to the electrical network and greater wear of the internal switching elements. For this reason, when the gun lever is released, the pump continues to run without pressure for another 30 seconds in by-pass mode. After this time, if the jet is not reactivated, the motor is switched off. The device will then be reactivated by actuating the gun again.
• SWITCH MAGNETERMIC
  all models in the Quadro series are equipped with motor protection which intervenes in the event of excessive current absorption.
• External suction
  thanks to the water tank by-pass it is also possible to perform direct suction from an external tank or pond.
• Product safety
  Kränzle appliances are subjected to testing procedures according to CE and TÜV/GS regulations with respective certifications.

The Kranzle Quadro Media are equipped with an integrated oversized 20-metre hose reel with jointed handle (in the rest position the handle does not come out of the shape of your Kranzle and will be a hindrance when you store it in your warehouse).

The Kranzle Quadro series is built with oversized mechanical parts designed for continuous industrial use. For this too Kranzle can guarantee the long life of its appliances.

The Kranzle Quadro Medium are easily transported on any terrain thanks to the monobloc body and the large diameter rubber wheels.
The frame of the Quadro series pressure washers has been designed to guarantee the most rational arrangement possible of each component: the hose reel, the seat for the high-pressure gun, the seats for the lances and the system for winding up the electric cable.

Great stability thanks to the four generously sized wheels and the standard parking brake.
