Functional Specifications
Professional diesel engine
The 2400 cc 4-cylinder FPT diesel engine, water-cooled and operating at 1500 RPM, ensures high reliability, optimized consumption, and continuous operation even in the most demanding applications.
Mecc Alte brushless alternator
The Mecc Alte brushless alternator with AVR electronic regulation and Class H insulation ensures stable voltage, high quality of generated energy, and a starting capacity up to 3 times the nominal current, ideal for powering loads with high starting current.
Super silenced enclosure
The galvanized sheet metal super silenced enclosure reduces operational noise and protects the generator set from atmospheric agents. The stainless steel locks and hinges, along with beveled edges for water drainage, increase durability.
Reinforced structure for industrial use
The reinforced steel base protects the enclosure and is designed to contain any liquid leaks. The system integrates a leak detection sensor, ensuring greater operational safety.
Advanced electronic control
The control panel with ComAp InteliNano AMF5 controller allows complete management of the industrial generator, with preparation for connection to an automatic ATS panel, emergency stop button, and monitoring of main operational functions.
Simplified maintenance
Large access doors, oil extraction pump, external points for draining oil, fuel, and coolant, and an external refueling port with a lockable cap make maintenance operations quick and efficient.
Easy handling
Side pockets for forklift access and a central lifting eye allow for simple and safe handling during transport and installation.
