Functional Specifications

Water-cooled diesel engine

The 4-cylinder YTO Y4105D diesel engine, with 4087 cc and 1500 RPM, ensures constant performance, high reliability, and continuous operation in the most demanding professional applications.

Mecc Alte brushless alternator

The Mecc Alte brushless alternator with AVR regulation and Class H insulation guarantees voltage stability, high quality of delivered energy, and a starting capacity up to 3 times the nominal current, ideal for powering inductive loads.

Ultra-silent cabin

The ultra-silent galvanized sheet metal canopy reduces acoustic impact and protects the generator set from atmospheric agents. The stainless steel locks and hinges, along with rounded edges and large access doors, simplify use and maintenance.

Professional control panel

The ComAp InteliNano AMF5 control panel allows complete management of the generator set and is prepared for ATS automatic transfer switch connection, facilitating integration into systems with automatic mains switching.

Easy maintenance

The generator integrates an oil extraction pump, dedicated external drain points for oil, fuel, and coolant, as well as an external refill port with a lockable cap, reducing maintenance time and costs.

Reinforced structure for industrial use

The reinforced steel base protects the canopy and is equipped with a liquid collection basin and leak detection sensor. Forklift pockets and a central lifting eye facilitate handling operations.

Operational protection and safety

The distribution sockets are individually protected by magnetic-thermal and differential circuit breakers. The unit also includes an emergency stop button, water heater, exhaust manifold insulating wrap, and a rain-shielded muffler, complying with CE/EU directives on noise and safety.
