Functional Specifications
Industrial diesel engine
The 4-cylinder YTO YSD490D diesel engine, 2540 cc, and 1500 RPM ensures constant performance, operational reliability, and optimized consumption. The water cooling system with a tropicalized radiator ensures correct operation even in harsh environmental conditions.
Mecc Alte brushless alternator
The Mecc Alte ECP28 M4C brushless alternator with automatic AVR regulation and Class H insulation offers high voltage stability and a significant starting capacity up to 3 times the nominal current, making it suitable for powering demanding loads.
Professional control panel
The generator set integrates a complete ComAp InteliNano AMF5 control panel, ready for connection to an automatic ATS panel, with an analog fuel level gauge, emergency stop button, and distribution sockets protected by magnetic-thermal and differential circuit breakers.
Reinforced structure and simplified maintenance
The reinforced steel base frame protects the canopy and is designed to contain any liquid leaks, which are monitored by a dedicated sensor. Large access doors, dedicated external drainage points, and an oil extraction pump facilitate all routine maintenance operations.
Ultra-silenced canopy
The galvanized sheet metal canopy with stainless steel locks and hinges ensures high resistance to atmospheric agents. The beveled-edge cabin promotes rainwater runoff, while the door with a porthole allows for instrument panel checks without opening the machine.
Autonomy and fuel management
The 80 L tank with a liquid containment basin ensures autonomy of up to 19.7 h at 75% load. The external filler neck with a lockable cap makes refueling quick and safe.
Handling and safety
Side pockets for forklift access and a central lifting eye facilitate the handling of the generator set. The machine is supplied complete with a starter battery, water heater, exhaust manifold insulation band, and complies with CE/EU directives on safety and noise levels.
