Fral FAEP50 R290 is a solid and robust industrial portable dehumidifier , belonging to the FAEP series designed by the experts in the Fral dehumidifier sector . With a condensation collection capacity of 13 L , Fral FAEP50 is one of the highest performing professional dehumidifiers for industry / construction sites , designed to drastically eliminate humidity and condensation in large environments . Mounted on wheels and equipped with a practical handle , the 38 kg of the Fral dehumidifier can be easily transported anywhere. With a solid galvanized sheet painted with epoxy resins, FAEP50.2000 is not afraid of construction site and industrial use , in flooded environments or with a large presence of water to drain .

It has a connector for pump connection - available separately.

With a washable and easily replaceable high efficiency polyurethane filter, Fral FAEP50 has a large condensation collection tray with the possibility of direct discharge . As an alternative to the tray, it is in fact possible to install a condensation lifting pump that pumps at a height of 15 m from the level where the Fral dehumidifier is positioned.

The Fral FAEP50 dehumidifier has an evaporation battery made up of smooth aluminium tubes to ensure lower energy expenditure and the maintenance of very high performance , even at low relative humidity.

This professional dehumidifier features an hour meter , hot gas defrosting and an electronic humidistat .

The nominal absorbed power is 680 W , the air flow is 450 m3/h . The operating range in degrees goes from 2÷35 °C . The humidity range is 35/90% .

Functional Specifications

Solid and resistant structure

The structure and the sheets are hot-dip galvanized , are subsequently painted with epoxy powders and guarantee high resistance and a long life over time . This Fral dehumidifier is mounted on 2 large anti-vibration wheels , suitable for moving the machine even on construction sites or in the presence of obstacles.

Refrigeration Circuit

Fral FAEP50 KGK R290 is composed of a refrigeration circuit :

• Evaporator : where the battery is made of smooth aluminium tubes , to guarantee high performance of the dehumidifier, significantly reducing energy consumption even at low relative humidity.
• Condenser : the battery is made of copper tubes and aluminum fins with a wide pitch to ensure resistance to dust , long life of the machine and easy maintenance .

Condensate Container and Lifting Pump

Fral FAEP50 comes with a large removable container for collecting condensation as standard, but the machine is also set up for a fixed condensation drain . The condensation lifting pump , which can be purchased as an optional , replaces the container already supplied, allowing the condensed water to be pumped to a maximum height of 15 m and has an alarm to block the dehumidifier in the event of a pump malfunction.

Fan and Air Filter

The axial fan is statically and dynamically balanced , it is resistant and long-lasting , while the filter of the Fral portable dehumidifier is made of polyurethane , it is easily washable and replaceable .

Control Panel

A microprocessor controls the hot gas defrost cycles . There is also a timer and an alarm screen . The control panel is located on the top of the machine, intuitive and easily visible .

Testing

All machines produced by Fral are subjected to refrigerant circuit leak tests , electrical discharge tests and functional testing . For safe use of the dehumidifier.
