The Biemmedue DR 2021 line of dehumidifiers are high quality, robust and reliable machines designed to control humidity in indoor environments. Furthermore, the Biemmedue DR 35 dehumidifier is ideal both for the dehumidification of dry, residential areas, archives and storage centers and for drying following floods and water damage.
The Biemmedue DR 35 dehumidifier is able to extract 35 L of condensation water in 24 hours in environmental conditions of 32°C with 90% relative humidity.
DR dehumidifiers lead to significant energy and consequently economic savings thanks to their advanced electronic control which allows the operation of the machine to be regulated without waste based on the needs of the environment in which it is located. This is also made possible by the presence of a built-in thermo-hygrostat which automatically detects the room temperature and indicates to the dehumidifier the dehumidification levels to maintain.
The Refrigerant Gas with which Biemmedue DR professional dehumidifiers are equipped is of the R454C type, i.e. they contain very low GWP values which refers to the impact that the gas in question has on global warming. The use of gases with high GWP will be gradually banned in the future to reduce emissions that contribute to global warming. Consequently, it is useful to immediately equip yourself with dehumidifiers that use this type of gas to avoid having to replace them prematurely in the future.
In particular, the Biemmedue DR 35 Professional Dehumidifier allows you to remove the tray comfortably and connect the condensate extraction pump kit that can be purchased separately which allows you to pump the condensed water to a higher level than the environment in which the dehumidifier is installed. The maximum head is 5 metres.
When choosing your Biemmedue Professional Dehumidifier it is essential to observe the dehumidification capacity expressed in liters over 24 hours (L/24h). This value indicates how much water the Biemmedue Dehumidifier in question is able to extract from the humidity in the environment in which it is located. Dehumidifiers with high capacities can work in large spaces and dry in less time in small spaces . On the contrary, dehumidifiers with low dehumidification capacities are able to work better in smaller environments that may not require too powerful machines.
It is also essential to observe the necessary air flow, i.e. how much air the machine is able to remove in an hour to correctly treat the environment in which it operates.
In the case of the Biemmedue DR 35 Dehumidifier in question, this is suitable for environments with volumes from 100 m³ to 200 m³ .
The models in the Biemmedue DR line are equipped with an electronic humidistat and modern electronic control which together allow you to optimize the use of the dehumidifier by operating it only when necessary. Furthermore, thanks to the soft touch display it is equipped with, it is possible to personally set the humidity levels you want to maintain within the work environment.
During operation, the electronic control displays the current humidity and temperature values present in the environment, to guarantee control over the climate data of the surrounding environment .
Furthermore, the electronic control manages two hour meters : one resettable and one cumulative, essential and practical for rental.
Biemmedue dehumidifiers are autonomous devices that do not require installation to work but which work simply by connecting them to the electricity mains with a plug. The professional dehumidifier in question consists of a closed circuit that contains ecological refrigerant liquid, a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube, an evaporator and a fan.
Biemmedue dehumidifiers are autonomous devices, functioning without the need for installation, simply by connecting them with a plug to the electricity mains.
The dehumidifier consists of a closed circuit containing an ecological refrigerant fluid, having the following main elements:
When the ambient temperature is below certain values (15°/18°C) , the temperature of the evaporator surfaces drops in turn, causing the formation of ice which limits the passage of air, compromising the proper functioning of the system.
To overcome this possible inconvenience, the automatic defrost function is provided, which consists in the possibility of heating the evaporator when the probe detects temperatures that are too low.
In this case, through a by-pass valve (n°4) , the compressor directly introduces the gas into the evaporator, without passing through the condenser, causing an increase in temperature.
The by-pass circuit closes automatically when the probe detects a higher temperature and the dehumidification cycle resumes normally.
It is important to note that this defrost system guarantees the return to perfect efficiency of the dehumidifier after a few seconds; furthermore it is the only defrost system that allows full efficiency of the dehumidifier even with very low temperatures of the air to be dehumidified (below 8/10 °C).
